Islamic Congregation with Fr Rendell and Christmas Eve Mass
Our members of the Ahlulbait Centre (Wembley) congregation set out to visit the local St Andrew’s Church in Kingsbury on Christmas Eve during the midnight mass service.
The aim of this visit was to strengthen our relationship with the local community between the two Abrahamic faiths and to give the true picture of Islam and the respect we have towards people of other faiths.
The members were warmly welcomed by Father Jason Rendell and the Parish.
Our Centre congregation were grateful for the warm welcome they received in the church.
The members of both congregations aim to visit each other in their religious places in the future due to the importance of interfaith social cohesion.
